So you're getting married and looking for that perfect song choice for your first dance together?

🤘 Blink 182 - First Date
This one will take you back to the early 2000s in your high school days when your bedroom wall was adorned with all your favourite Kerrang! magazine posters. It's a certified pop-punk banger and is full of energy giving a fun start to your wedding bash. The chorus lyrics are pretty first dance appropriate too for a band famous for their gross out humour. Often we have slowed down the intro similar to the Taylor Acorn version for a romantic start then kicked in with the original Blink-182 version to start the party, works a treat

🎸 Ed Sheeran - Perfect
Alright, love him or hate him Ed Sheeran has been the unofficial king of wedding songs for a while now, and "Perfect" is no exception. A great tempo and feel to slow dance to, poignant lyrics and a great melody. He has even since released duet versions with Andrea Bocelli and Beyonce herself! It's becoming somewhat of a modern-day classic in the wedding scene.
💫 Coldplay - Sky Full of Stars
Not your average Coldplay song a "Sky Full of Stars" is a bit of a dance banger. It's got the nice slow start where you can slow dance together before the beat drops, you grab those glowsticks, get your guests to flood the dancefloor with you and it gets all ravey up in herre!

👑 Queen - You're My Best Friend
Let's throw it back with a timeless classic from Queen. "You're My Best Friend" has an upbeat tempo while still being slow dance friendly, romantic lyrics and a superb Freddie Mercury melody – can it get any better? Yeah its got a killer bassline too, (if you know you know.)

🐒 Arctic Monkeys - Baby I'm Yours
For the indie souls out there, why not sway to the sweet sweet sounds of South Yorkshire's finest? "Baby I'm Yours" is classic 60s with a dash of the old Arctic Monkeys coolness. A mega popular choice for the last few years with our couples.
